HEGEL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is involved in “Design, Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Protection System”. We are fully committed to achieving “Total Customer Satisfaction” by consistently providing high-quality products and excellent services that meet customer requirements and expectations. This is achieved through the efficiency and effectiveness of work performance from all personnel based on the guidelines as follows:

  1. Provide high-quality products and excellent services that meet customer requirements and expectations.

  2. Implement a system which developed based on quality throughout the company’s process resulting in the quality system as a tool for corporate development.

  3. Implement appropriate actions to address any risks and opportunities associated with internal/external issues, and to meet the needs and expectations of Stake Holders.

  4. Comply with the laws and regulations and other requirement related to quality.

  5. Enhance employee competencies through training on an ongoing basis to develop the knowledge to follow the progress of technology.

  6. Sustain and evaluate the suitability of quality aspects towards the activities and services in the design, supply, installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning, and other support services.
