RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HEGEL GUARANTEES THE AUTHENTICITY AND WORKMANSHIP OF ALL DISPLAYED MERCHANDISE. EACH ITEM lS INSURED AND DELIVERED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF CARE AND ACCURACY. CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN MERCHANDISE THAT lS DEFECTIVE SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
RETURN / REFUNDS
We would not accept returns or exchanges unless the customer purchased a defective item. If the customer receives a defective product, please email us at email@example.com attach with a payment receipt or proof of purchase, details of the product and the defect found within two days from the date the product is delivered to the customer. The product must be in unused condition, packed in original packaging, and packing shall be in good condition. The customer shall ship the defective product within five days from the date of the defect notification via email to:

Upon receipt of the defective product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify the customer within a reasonable period whether the customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect or shipped incorrectly.
If the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method within 14 working days.
All fire extinguishers registered with Bomba certificate shall not be refunded or exchanged but can be returned if defective or gas leakage is found with the original seal still intact or apparent damage on the cylinder body. We shall rectify defects as reported. For minor DIY fire extinguisher parts and components such as hose or hose belt, if found broken, we will arrange to send the replacement part to the customer. Therefore, the return of the product is not required.
COST OF RETURN / REFUND
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping or handling.
The overall return and refund policy will only be effective for seven days from when the customer receives the product delivery from the shipping agent.
