DOMESTIC SHIPPING

HEGEL offers fair domestic shipping fees for customer's convenience based on the total order value or total weight of the product as follows:

For KL, Selangor and Putrajaya - The shipping rate is based on order value

For other states in Peninsular Malaysia - The shipping rate is based on order value

For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan - The shipping rate is based on order weight

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME AND REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH SHIPPING OPTION

Please note: 'Business Days' are Monday through Friday; HEGEL does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, nor do our carriers deliver on these days.
COURIER SHIPPING
Order processing time can take 1-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours: most items are delivered within 3 to 5 Business Days. Signature upon delivery required.
DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING
Order processing time can take 1-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours: most items are delivered within 5 to 7 Business Days. A signature upon delivery is required.
NOTE: All shipments will require a signature for delivery. Orders over 30 kilograms may only be sent via freight/transportation company. Don't hesitate to get in touch with sales@hegelengineering.com for assistance.

For the customer's convenience, tracking information will be e-mailed to the customer as soon as we process the order.
OVERSIZED SHIPPING
​
Items that are oversized, weighing over 30 kilograms or require special handling will ship via freight/transportation company. Once a customer's order leaves our distribution centre, the freight company will contact the customer to arrange a specific delivery time. Please note that each shipment requires a signature upon delivery. Also, inspect the load when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage.
NOTE: To expedite the customer’s order, our arrangement will depend on the carrier and method of delivery. In addition, the majority of the product sold on our website are in stock unless we informed otherwise in our quotation. This is because some of the products are only manufactured upon order confirmation. Should this case arise, we will notify the customer within 1-2 business days.
