Currently, Head of Fire Investigation Division of the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, the author is a Certified Professional in Fire Safety & Operation, Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) and CBRNE. Acts as AHJ for the Architectural and M&E plan, including CCC compliance of the UBBL and related standards. Also familiar with the Performance base Approach (PBA) and Fire Safety Design Philosophy (FSDP) as an assessor. He was frequently appointed as Guest Instructor/Trainers and Speaker for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons Convention (OPCW) based in the Hague, Netherlands.
